Recently, I was prepping some additional materials for my 90 minute Pivot Table Webinar (sorry, it’s over now but an online version is in the works) and I came across a clever trick to fill in missing data.
Here is the file I used (I used ChatGPT to generate this sample data)
- Select the data from B4 to B44
- Click on Home | Find & Select | Go To | Special
- Click Blanks and then OK
- Click in B5
- Type in =, and then press up to select cell B4
- Press Ctrl and Enter to copy the formula into all selected cells.
- This completes all the entries.
