Summarize results for training courses – Part Two

You can view Part One of this case study here.

This is where I have a set of results from training courses and I want to analyse them. In Part One we looked at how to analyse the courses by course name and test date. We used a formula to extract the unique entries and count the number of certificates.

The data set is based on a real anonymised data set and has my beloved hobbits. It has quite a few bits in it. I used ChatGPT to generate the file and you download the raw version here.

I wanted to show the following – but also to allow for specifying dates.

Part Two – Courses Analysed by Result

For this one we are going to do it a little bit differently – we are going to use a pivot table with a timeline to view the data. We are starting with the completed version of what we had for Part One

Of course after I did this I realised that I had forgotten to show you how to add the chart..DOH!
