This is part three of a three part tutorial on analysing training records
This is a three part tutorial on analysing training records. This is a set of fictional results from a training course and I want to analyse them
Part One . In this one I showed you how to set up formulas that will allow you to automatically calculate the number of courses done between dates and used a formula to extract the unique entries and count the number of certificates.
Part Two showed you how to analyse those results by outcomes using pivot tables
The data set is based on a real anonymised data set and has my beloved hobbits. It has quite a few bits in it. I used ChatGPT to generate the file and you download the raw version here.
We have a list of results and we want to analyse them – for this piece we are going to look at the percentage breakdown of results and apply conditional formatting to it.
We are going to use a pivot table with this one. We are going to begin with the final version from Part Two.
Here is the completed version of the file
